With over a decade of Wall St. experience, Susan brings her unique mix of knowledge and personality to bear in helping companies bridge the gap between analysis and execution and helping students bridge the gap between theory and practice.


Board Membership
Susan is available to fill open board seats in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. She has extensive board of directors experience, including past and present membership on the board of seven organizations. Susan has served as Chairwoman of both Finance Committees and Compensation Committees and has been a member of multiple Audit Committees.

Training
Susan offers public seminars on corporate finance and valuation of insurance companies to executives and investment professionals. She is also available to conduct in-house training seminars on topics such as corporate finance, insurance company valuation and M&A, board membership, and private equity.

Consulting
Susan is available for consulting projects including mergers and acquisitions execution, valuation, and design of executive compensation programs.


Higher Education
Susan is a skilled teacher and regularly visits undergraduate and graduate level classrooms to help students connect business, organizational and financial theory to how things are in the fast-paced and chaotic world of practice.

Academic Research
Susan's research focuses on management and leadership in organizations. She recently appeared on CNN NOW with Paula Zahn and CNN International.
